چکیده
BACKGROUND: Rotary nickel titanium instrument are an essential part of endodontic treatment, it is important to compare the root canal cleaning ability these instruments. AIM: This study aimed amount smear and debris layer remained following use four rotary instruments with irrigant solution: TruNatomy (TRN), Protaper Next (PTN), S-One Plus Wave One Gold (WOG). METHODS: A total 80 extracted mandibular premolars were used decoronated cemento-enamel junction. The roots randomly divided into groups 20 specimens each. instrumented according manufacturer’s instructions each file, canals irrigated sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), Ethylene-diaminete-traacetic acid (EDTA) Normal saline file use, two grooves prepared on buccal lingual surfaces by disc facilitate vertical splitting a chisel. presence evaluated under Scanning Electron Microscope. RESULTS: Trunatomy remove substantially better than PTN S-one Plus. one gold significantly removes PTN. in group was lower other groups, all experimental files middle coronal thirds compared apical third. CONCLUSION: showed capacity demonstrated cleanliness at third roots.

shaping ability of single-file systems with different movements: a micro-computed tomographic study
introduction: this study aimed to perform a rigorous sample standardization and also evaluate the preparation of mesiobuccal (mb) root canals of maxillary molars with severe curvatures using two single-file engine-driven systems (waveone with reciprocating motion and oneshape with rotary movement), using micro-computed tomography (micro-ct). methods and materials: ten mb roots with single canal...
متن کاملevaluation of apical extrusion of debris and irrigant using two new reciprocating and one continuous rotation single file systems.
apical extrusion of debris and irrigants during cleaning and shaping of the root canal is one of the main causes of periapical inflammation and postoperative flare-ups. the purpose of this study was to quantitatively measure the amount of debris and irrigants extruded apically in single rooted canals using two reciprocating and one rotary single file nickel-titanium instrumentation systems.sixt...
متن کاملComparison of the root canal debridement ability of two single file systems with a conventional multiple rotary system in long oval-shaped root canals: In vitro study
BACKGROUND This study sought to compare the root canal debridement ability of Neolix, Reciproc and ProTaper rotary systems in long oval-shaped root canals. MATERIAL AND METHODS Eighty five extracted single-rooted human teeth with long oval-shaped single root canals were selected and divided into three experimental groups(n=25) and one control group (n= 10). Root canals were filled with Vitape...

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shaping ability of three nickel-titanium systems in simulated curved canals. MATERIALS AND METHODS Sixty simulated canals were prepared to apical size 25 with Reciproc, S5, and twisted file (TF) instruments. Standardized pre and postoperative images were taken using a digital camera, were superimposed and aberrations were recorded. Mater...
